templates for forwarding do not work with inline mails

Dear Rex,

When rooting around bugs.kde.org for a solution to the very irritating
forwarding problem in kmail, I found that it had actually been fixed.

Is there any chance for this fix to be included ?
(Bug 140549: templates for forwarding do not work with inline mails)
