hello,

I was wondering if it were possible to add a batch tagging feature
in amarok that looks up the info on musicbrainz site. Tagging the files
individually using the musicbrainz button is tedious. Also, the
musicbrainz fill-in button limits the number of tags to only title,
artist, album and song number. It would be a major improvement if it
could include year and genre. I got the nonfree version of
libtunepimp-nonfree-extras from livna's site and I noticed that Rex was
the developer on it?

I'm only the packager. (:

For feature requests for amarok, I'd recomment posting to amarok's
mailing list:

Wouldn't http://bugs.kde.org be a more appropriate place for feature requests?

Could be sure, I'd recommend asking first, in case the dev's are either
already working on it or reject the idea outright

I'd suggest you look at Picard from the MusicBrainz site.
