Dependency problem arts-devel (maybe OT?)

Hello,

Dunno if this is fedora or kde-redhat problem..
Running Fedora 6

[***@localhost ~]# yum install arts-devel
Loading "installonlyn" plugin
Setting up Install Process
Setting up repositories
Reading repository metadata in from local files
Parsing package install arguments
Resolving Dependencies
--> Populating transaction set with selected packages. Please wait.

kde-redhat. We released a version of arts slightly before fedora
released it, and in the meantime, I pulled our version.

# rpm -e --nodeps arts
# yum install arts-devel
