I know koffice isn't packaged by kde-redhat, but...
I was able to install koffice-krita without having to install koffice-filters.
While krita certainly runs without koffice-filters, it isn't able to open any
files, particularly .jpg files, without it. Seems rather odd to let a person
install an image manipulation program without being able to open image
files :(
