hi,
i have got 2 fedora machines with fedora 8 on them.
one with an fresh installed fedora 8 and the other one was always
upgraded via yum. i think i started with fedora 3 on this machine.
now the problem is, that i always have to run gnome-settings-daemon to
get nice fonts / apperance for gtk/gnome apps ala firefox or openoffice.
but on the fresh installed machine there is no gnome-settings-daemon
required.
who could this be?
regards,
patrick
