I am getting an error message on yum update...any ideas?

repoquery is part of yum-utils

In the meantime, here's what I would suggest:
# rpm -e kdemultimedia kdemultimedia-extras --nodeps
# yum install kdemultimedia kdemultimedia-extras

and then (retry):
# yum install kdeaddons

repoquery --whatprovides 'libnoatunarts.so()(64bit)'
kdemultimedia-6:3.5.4-2.fc6.x86_64
kdemultimedia-6:3.5.7-1.fc6.x86_64

So should I remove the older version?

Ouch. :-)

If you have not yet then please install yum-utils

# yum install yum-utils

one of the programs of this package is package-cleanup

There are three interesting options of this tool:

# package-cleanup --dupes

tells you how many duplicated packages you have

# package-cleanup --cleandupes

as the name says, clean all duplicates leaving only the most recent version.

# package-cleanup --problems

tells you what other problems you system may have, with unsatisfied
dependencies and so on...
