Hello,

I need some information.

1) Is it possible yet to have kde packages from kde-redhat.sourceforge.net
for CentOS 5 ?

3) If its not possible yet, are there plans for it ? Is there an estimated
time when this will be available ?

2) If it is possible, please explain how it is done. I keep getting error
about some xdm thingy. I read that many has this problem too. Please
explain a work around. Thank you.

Hmm... this is starting to turn into an FAQ. :)

yes, certainly, that's the plan. 1 item missing: time/energy to make it
work. Sorry, I just haven't had the time myself.

Missing xdm is the current blocker, ie, kdm uses (used!) the same config
files as xdm. Now, pretty much all that is needed is to clone those and
package them sanely. Come up with a technical solution for that, and
progress can continue.
