Yes. kde-i18n-1.0-1.noarch.rpm is in the all/testing repo.

fyi, repo is not available to the public yet, we're *still* (since
yesterday mid-morning) restoring some stuff from backup... shouldn't
take much longer to finish and test things for sanity.

Yes. kde-i18n-1.0-1.noarch.rpm is in the all/testing repo.

Ah, silly me, k3b-1.0 had been in stable, and k3b-i18n-1.0 left in
testing. fixed.
