Yum stalling .. servers down?

Is the main kde repo server down this morning? My yums are all hanging and it
looks like the kde repos are the issue.

I have the same problem - been like this for some hours now.
Meanwhile, you can disable the kde-repos:
# yum --disablerepo=kde --disablerepo=kde-all update

Yup, our main repo/server is down (and I'm not in the office today).

I'll be calling in to see if I can walk someone through diagnosing the
failure. Will keep you all posted.

Yup, our main repo/server is down (and I'm not in the office today).
I'll be calling in to see if I can walk someone through diagnosing the
failure. Will keep you all posted.

Bad news, looks like hardware failure (drives), and we'll likely have to
replace it and restore from backups... tentative eta: mid-late tomorrow
before we're back up and running.
