Dear All,

Does anyone know why KDE 3.5.7. wants an updated version of gnokii. In
particular, when attempting to upgrade kdepim using yum on CentOS 4.5, it
complains that

Error: Missing Dependency: libgnokii.so.3 is needed by package kdepim

Any ideas how to get around this problem ?

Thanks in advance,

P.S. Naively, I would think that only kdepim-gnokii would need this
dependency ?

To simplify matters, gnokii support was merged back into the main pkg.

I built against rpmforge's gnokii pkgs, so I'll probably need to add
those to our repos (at least temporarily).
