keeping my kmail messages on clean install

My main box is long-in-tooth. Lots of experiments and assorted unnecessary
stuff I don't want to carry over. It was an upgrade from FC5 to FC6. I would
like to do a clean install of F7, but I do need some things, like my mail
archive. I use kmail. I've found: /home/cj/.kde/share/apps/kmail/mail
Will copying this folder over to my fresh installation do the trick? Or do I
need additional elements?

That's interesting as all my mail is in my home/Mail directory (also a fresh
F7 livecd install) I don't have a .kde/share/apps/kmail/mail

Additional files would be the kmailrc files in .kde/share/config, I have done
this many times since FC1/2 with the only problem now on then was some of the
icons in the toolbar needed adding again.
