python qscintilla2 dynamic module not initialized properly

Not sure what's causing this, any clues?
python -c 'import Qsci'
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<string>", line 1, in <module>
SystemError: dynamic module not initialized properly

This is using
rpm -qa 'qscintilla2*'
